We have had concerns raised by team members in several stores in retail where the manager is scheduling them fewer hours than their contract during a bank holiday week. This is under the false pretence that 1 double time paid bank holiday hour worked is 2 of your contracted hours.
This is incorrect and the team members who have contacted us have had their full hours rescheduled in.
Your contracted hours are hours to be worked no matter what rate it is on.
