**** 4 WEEKS NOTICE OF SHIFT PATTERNS ****
Just to clarify regarding how much notice you should have of your shift patterns.
There have been some concerns raised in Retail and also some queries within the DC for confirmation.
The agreement that has been confirmed on many occasions and also again throughout the ongoing retail 7 day delivery consultations, is that you should have a minimum of 4 weeks notice to enable you to plan and maintain your work life balance.
If this is not happening in your store or DC then you need to contact us straight away for us to relay to head office to resolve at the earliest opportunity.
